This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through Howl.watch (available at https://howl.watch), a service operated by Binary s.r.l. unipersonale (P.IVA IT10564560968, viale Severino Boezio 6, 20145 Milano, Italy).

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle handles billing, payment processing, sales tax, and invoicing on our behalf. Any refund issued will be processed through Paddle's payment infrastructure.

2. Subscription Plans

Howl.watch is a subscription-based service. There is no free tier. All plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and provide access to the service's features, including monitoring a number of YouTube channels determined by the subscription package.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason during this period, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds under this guarantee will be issued for the full amount of the initial payment, including any applicable taxes collected at the time of purchase. The actual refunded amount may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations if your payment was made in a different currency.

4. Permanent Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that Howl.watch permanently ceases to operate, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your active subscription period.

If the service is permanently discontinued, we will notify all active subscribers via email at least 30 days in advance whenever possible, and refunds will be processed automatically through Paddle within 14 business days of the discontinuation date.

5. Extended Downtime

We strive to maintain high availability. However, if the service experiences significant unplanned downtime (defined as the core notification functionality being unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, excluding scheduled maintenance), active subscribers may request a subscription extension to compensate for the lost service time.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance and do not qualify for subscription extensions.
